The third one is especially nice but, I don't see it listed after doing the update. Maybe it only shows if you have a windows.old folder on your hard drive.

Yes,I believe it is the same thing like with Windows Update Cleanup tool.

I’ve found out that Windows Update Cleanup option is available only when Disk Cleanup wizard detects updates
that are no longer needed.
