Off Topic Interesting:I updated via program but ended up with endless “apply Policy” loop and had to uninstall. Rebooted 5 times with no success of Policy change or UI access.

I had trouble with the site, too (very sluggish), but the update through the program went fine.
Update thru the program interface went fine on both my systems. Also, the site is now loading fine. The new Program is also posted online at http://download.foolishit.com/CryptoPreventSetup.exe.
