And if you click on the Win32 link at the bottom of the page if you are running Windows (others if using a different OS), you will see links for different languages. Then you can select which you want. Why is this a problem?

Firefox 33.1.1 is available for download on various Mozilla servers. I just updated to Firefox 33.1.1 via Firefox | Help | About Firefox == Check for updates. That’s official enough for me.
