I am a little confused as to how the updates occur. Do I need to schedule the “Update the VPS” task to get the virus fiels to update on the clients? I have 2 isolated AMSs. One with 25 clients on a Win2K3 server and another with 40 clients. Both have access to the same internet connection through a router. One network updated all PCs and server and by the next day, the other server still had not. I ended up updating the server and then running the update all VPS clients task manually? Is there something special I need to setup to make sure the server and all attached clients get the updates as soon as they are available?

we 've got nearly the same problem. we 've got a ams on a w2k server with 10 clients (active directory). on two clients everything is ok, but on the other 8 clients it doesn’t work. if we look to the task there is the error message "failed (Error 0x20000004.) we 've got no idea.
