Is there anything changed in the update of Avast for one day and a half ?
My last antivirus update is dated 10th Nov. 22:38:11.
Last attempt half an hour ago.
In the history of Online Armor, I see that AvastEmUpdate has been blocked, whereas in the options it is authorized. I added the authorization to execute another application, but the update is still not done.
Any useful tips for the support of Online Armor ?

There have been updates since then, currently the latest virus definitions version is 121112-0.
The AvastEmUpdate.exe doesn’t actually do the regular auto update its purpose is to check if there is an Avast Emergency Update and if so it will download and run it. This is set as a scheduled task to run twice a day or if you use the manual update function.
Ensure that avast.setup is allowed in OA.
When things are blocked by OA, yet they are supposed to be allowed, I suggest that you delete the entry for it. This would force OA to ask again when it next runs.
Well, it is now OK, thank you.
After a restart in administrative session I was asked the correct authorization, and after a new restart the update was done, with a few minutes of pause in the middle of step n° 2.
Avast signatures have been updated from 121110-6 (or 4 ?) to 121112-0.
