I can’t find the answer to my problem here.
Had Avast Home, Purchased Avast Professional, entered license key and Avast is still showing as Home Edition. Is there a phone number for Tech support? Please help.
Which version of avast, 4.8 or 5.0 (very recently released) ?
Were you on-line when you entered the key ?
Have you rebooted since you inserted the key ?

I have similar problem – Just downloaded pro (Home edition on computer now) but I get ERROR msg …“… Not a valid win 32 application…” that will not let me install Pro edition.
What should I do? Get a refund or try something different??
