Please, how to manually update the program towards v.4.6.731 ??

Well you can download the installer of the program from www.avast.com( for the home version use this link => http://avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html) on a computer with an internet connection and then to run it on the computer which isn’t connected to internet. The installer will automatically detect the installed program and will update it 
Above mentioned should work. If you have further problems feel free to ask.
If your computer isn’t connected to the internet you might also want to periodically get the VPS updates - avast! VPS Update - Manual Download
i dont get the idea of this topic…what means with upgrade manually?? from 4.5 to 4.6?? or the other??

If the system isn’t connected you can’t download the updates using the auto update function. You have to connect using another computer, download the latest program version (complete program not just updated elements) and/or the latest Virus Signatures (complete VPS file not just updated/new signatures) and save them to CD, etc and then manually update update the computer not connected to the internet. In the case of the Program it is effectively a reinstall.
