Upgrade popup keep's popping up daily since last 3 days

No update performed yet the upgrade popup keep’s popping up daily since last 3 days, I have dismissed the 3 step popup each time. Is this intended behavior ?

Thanks Asyn, unfortunately I hadn’t bothered to take screengrabs. No worries seems since the last dismissal I didn’t get the popup again. I’ll chalk it up to some unknown in case it occurs again will post back. Thanks for taking the time to read and post.
