OK, I have decided to go from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1.
Can anybody give me a link to the best, easiest and safest site to achieve this?
Naturally it goes by Windows updates. Wait for the right one. But beware of W10-Upgrade!

There is little to beware of in Win10 and it’s much better to upgrade to than Win8.1, just use the Settings to access the Privacy and System areas to disable any unwanted features and CCleaner can delete unwanted Apps from within Tools - Uninstall
Ability to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 for Free ends on 7/29/2016.
If that’s your intention, better hurry, Windows 10 is a great OS. No reason to hesitate especially since right now it’s still available for free.
