upgraded but still getting upgrade notices

I upgraded my Avast protection to the $29.99 and every time I run a scan I get a notice to upgrade to the $29.99 plan. I feel like My upgrade has never been applied.

What version of avast did you have and what version did you upgrade to ?

How did you upgrade ?
Have you rebooted since that ?

Did you get an email confirming the payment and giving your license or activation code ?
If you received this have you applied the license or activation code ?

My account shows Avast cleanup. I purchased with Visa and have the auto renewal for 6/25/2017. I have the activation code. I have rebooted.

If your my.avast.com shows the license for avast cleanup, can you not assign that license to your current avast installation ?

Sorry I can’t give any more practical help as I don’t use the avast cleanup function.

What exactly did you upgrade as there is no upgrade for avast Cleanup.
