Upgrading to multi-device goes into an infinite loop

I want to upgrade my Avast subscriptions to mulit-device. When I put in my credit card (and it is accepted) and go to “review order” the screen goes into an infinite loop. Please help! (This has happened about 10 times)

Hi @user6578 and thank you for reporting this issue. Can you please clarify which product and platform you are using? Is it an Avast Premium Security product on Windows?
If so, can you please send us logs from your device so we can check what might be wrong? Please follow the steps below:

  1. Generate and send us logs using our “Support Tool” - the steps are described here: How to submit a support file using the Avast Support Tool | Avast
  2. Enter “907429” as your ticket number.
  3. Once the logs are created, send me the “File ID” value shown on the finish screen in Support Tool.
