Send the sample in a password-protected zip folder to virus@avast.com with undetected malware in subject, and the password mentioned in the email body.
Looks like another variant of the same issue, which was previously detected by avast (I sent a sample of the previous one associated with the UPS subject), so you will need to sent the attachment to avast as Jtaylor83 suggests.
