We are facing a major issue where our click ones application for e-banking, is being flagged as a threat under IDP.Alexa.54 by Avast. Many of our customers are reporting that they cannot use the app because Avast is blocking it and labeling it as “file defected by IDP.Alexa.54.”
We are confident that this is a false positive, and we have already reached out to Avast Support for assistance. However, since this is impacting a large number of users, we are posting here to see if anyone has faced a similar issue or knows how to speed up the resolution process.
Any advice or guidance on how to resolve this quickly would be greatly appreciated. If any Avast moderators see this, please help escalate our request.
