URGENT - AVAST stalled - AVAST Pro premier not working

Hartelijk dank voor het contacteren van de Avast Online Winkel.

Als ik in ons systeem kijkt, dan zie ik twee verschillende Avast
abonnementen.

Above message I received from your webshop.
I have valid AVAST installations - including premier.

All of a sudden I get hard warnings that:

  1. AVAST does not run on my system anyore
  2. I have no PREMIER (which worked before)

Please advise and resolve

As I see it you only have a license for AIS for 3 pc’s.
The Pro license has expired.
