I have submitted a Refund Request a few days back, but got no reply yet!!
Don’t even get a confirmation email after submitting the request!
How do I know that my submission request has been received by the Avast Team?
As the auto subscription was on I’ve been charged for $49.99.
And due to my system issue, I noticed this after a day and submit that refund request at the same time.
Unfortunately, that day I was surprised that I would obviously be asked for a Ticket/Reference Number if I submit a request in the forum which I had not been provided even after trying to submit so many requests. Nor even a confirmation email.
Now, today when I saw you asked me the same, I tried again today so that if I can obtain a Ticket that I can provide you.
And today, after submission, I’ve just got a Ticket Number. The number of your request is: 09364237
Which has made me happy at the same time frustrated because it means my refund request has just been submitted to the Avast Team!! :‘( :’( :‘( :’(
However, I’d be obliged if you please do something so that they can take early action.
