URGENT HELP!!!!

When I load avast! it says application cannot load skin. They I clicked on the solution and I went to the FAQ. I used the solution the FAQ said but i got this message: DllRegisterServer in ACTSKIN4 failed. Return code was: 0x80020009

I urgently need it or I will not be able to use the antivirus!!

You running an admin account for the install?

We will need more information to be able to help you:

  • Which OS are you using? Is it up to date?
  • What avast! version number?
  • Do you use a firewall? Which one?
  • Do you have any other antivirus installed in your system? Did you have in the past?
  • Any other security programs that could interfere?
  • Do you suspect that your computer is infected?
