Recently i have purchased a subscription due to COVID-19 breakdown internet speed is very slow so it’s charged twice accidentally.
When i’m trying to connect through https://support.avast.com/en-in/contact/
here they asking me the order ID of the subscription , but i did not received an confirmation email till now . I’m from india so is there any other way to contact them .Please help me to get my refund back.
