I’ve followed all the guides and links to contact customer service, but all UK numbers fail to connect, and I’ve been waiting over 1 hour and 20 minutes in the chat with no response.
I cannot cancel my subscription due to “technical problems” on their side, although this “technical problem” did not occur when my card was charged.
All emails, including the one sent via your official support form, are bouncing back.
I have the same problem I don’t want to renew my subscription after the trial period, which expires in a few days. I don’t want you to charge me anything on my credit card. But I don’t even see the possibility of communicating with an operator via chat. I don’t know what to do.
