URGENT! Your backed up data will be deleted by October 19th

I received a e-mail claiming that:
Avast discontinued support for Mobile Backup in July, 2016. We have maintained backed up data on My Avast, but we intend to delete these archives on the 19th of October, 2017.

We highly recommend retrieving your data before this date, otherwise it will be lost. This can be done by following the steps found here: …

It seems quite legitime, having even the Unsubscribe button at the bottom. The sender seems to be Avast notification@emails.avast.com

Please advise, is it a scam or there are some steps that we realy have to take??

Will the backup data from Avast (photo’s eo) stored in my Googledrive deleted?
Do I have to download all (back) to my PC or laptop???
Help what to do is welcome.
