Comunidad, hemos reportado un falso positivo hace más de un mes y aún se encuentra bloqueado por el escudo web, qué otra instancia hay para poder quitar nuestro sitio web de su base de datos ya que es un sitio corporativo?

My own suggestion. Have you first checked the url on these https://www.virustotal.com and/or https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/
If confirmed clear, submit another false positive form to Avast.
