URL blacklisted, appealed and never for a reply back after over a month

Issue abstract: i’ve submitted an appeal to take out my domain (and subdomains) from url blacklist detection, but never got a reply after a month

Detailed description: an webapp i’ve developed uses a domain (purchased from other company) that is blacklisted. i submitted an appeal over a month ago and still got no answer

my domain and subdomais are
drop.digital
api.drop.digital
app.drop.digital

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

Not sure where you reported this - Possible False Positive

  • New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL)
  • Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast
  • You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed.

There are sites that can also check a site link and or file upload.

Virus total check for your main domain drop.digital - only 2/91 detections

I will try to draw some Avast Team attention to this.

The reported URLs were manually checked, and based on the findings, the detection was removed. The websites are now marked as clean in the Avast virus database. This change may take up to 1 hour to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.

If the detection persists after 1 hour, please update the Avast virus database and try again.
