URL blocked - malicious site that pops everywhere

Hi,

I have the free antivirus program, but today it appears that on every site or page that I go to, including the avast homepage, and this forum, my browser homepage, literally every site excluding google , I am getting the Malicious URL Blocked popping up. Following that, i’ve done a scan that haven’t found anything unusual. By the way, i’m using firefox.

I’ve red a few posts concerning the same problem and i’ve followed the steps : install OTL, lunch the scan and the OTL Txt and Extras are as follow :

As i haven’t received any news, i’m updating the files.

I noticed that there is an infection detected by MBR, i don’t know how to take it off.

Help needed !!
