URL blocked

Hello,

I have an URL that’s blocked by Online Security: https://accounts.liquid.com/sign-in?lang=en
Can you tell me what’s the problem? I allready tried adding it to the exceptions in the setting menu, but my access is still blocked.
Even with the web shield disabled, access isn’t granted.
Can I have assistance please?
