This started today one a PC on my home network, every single webpage I visit fires up the alert, these include major online newspaper sites such as The Independent, The Guardian, and many other sites which Iregularly visit and on which I have never experienced any issues. Immediately after login the Avast virus definitions update took place. Then I booted a second PC in the network and visited same sites with no issues at all, but a while later the Avast virus definitions update Version 140520-1 also installed and sure enough, the warnings Alerts began. Rather strange that suddenly these two PCs would start alerting infections when they each are used for different types of work and did not show any warnings until updates were installed today. May I suggest Avast checks latest auto updates?
