I have a problem. Every minute avast pops up and tell me that it found infection:

Infekcja: URL:Mal
Proces: C:\Windows\explorer.exe
What should I do? I downloaded and tried using Combofix to aquire log (as was suggested in other thread) but it says that it doesn’t support Windows 8.1.
Please help.
