Basically, this:

pops up continuously as I browse with firefox…seems to pop up only when I open or reload a page (it doesn’t pop up instantaneously…seems like there’s some delay or something)
scratch that, it seems to be popping up continuously regardless of whether I’m actually loading pages on firefox
so far, other than the pop up from avast, I haven’t noticed anything wrong with the laptop itself.
hmm, while typing this and loading some firefox page, I got a new pop up variant never seen before:

this one pops up like once or twice, that’s it…the other one keeps popping up though
UPDATE: new symptoms, firefox keeps crashing, chrome also crashed once…system keeps warning me that I’m low on memory…
seems like symptoms happen after I rebooted…I went on this morning and had no troubles, I usually keep my laptop on sleep…today I rebooted first time in a long while… please help, I can’t access firefox anymore without it crashing
running avast scan and aswMBR…tried to run Dr.Web scanner, but it won’t start (some C++ runtime error)
UPDATE2: tried to access system restore, sytem hangs, hard reboot in safe mode with networking…currently restarting aswMBR scan and running Dr.Web scan (works in safe mode)…
Running win 7 x64
avast 5.1.889 def 110621-1
ran MBAM quick scan: nothing detected
I’ll attach scan logs
