URL:mal help needed please

My post keeps getting dumped. Going to give another try. …
My machine is Intel Core i5-4200M CPU @2.50 GHz, 8GB RAM, 64 bit operating system/processor, 750GB HD

I have the Trovi pup attached to IE and URL:mal which is putting pop-ups all over my web pages and sometimes redirecting me when I try to click on a web page button

Attached are MC Shield scan, Malwarebites, aswMBR by avast. In the following post I will add the FRST file.

Please let me know if I missed anything.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
