Url:Mal infection in C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe

I am having issues with repeated popups warning of the following:

URL: http://blackfight.info/4141/SystemVisual_142669159178981.dll (This url changes almost everytime)
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe

I have run scans with Avast, MalwareBytes and several other programs but nothing has stopped these popups.

I have attached scan logs and would be grateful for any help!
