Url:mal infection :(

Hello,

I have a huge problem, my laptop got infected last night and Avast is now making Url:mal pop ups all the time, even when the browser is not open. Avast blocks them but I know there is something wrong with my computer!

My computer screen started flickering every now and then, switching between the desktop and starting screen (=win8).
I’ve already followed these instructions https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 from malwarebytes to aswmbr

I think Aswmbr noticed that there is an infected file. And malwarebytes found something, too.
