I have run all the recommended malware removal tools and have attached the logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Still missing Malwarebytes ( MBAM ) log. It is the first one in the list.
Could you attach a screenshot of the alerts please

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe
