URL: mal - svchost.exe HELP

hello there, since this morning i’m getting a malware infection alert from avast in svchost.exe
last alert was this: [u]http://blackfight.info/4141/RelayDouble_142669288178977.dll[/u]
i’ve already run scans from antimalware softwares but no results. help me please.

it’s just a file but i didn’t installed that i swear, i have the free version of avast
