URL:MAL svchost infection

As with many other people recently it seems I have been infected with this virus/malware. Whenever the computer wakes from sleep Avast informs me that it has blocked 10-15 connections. Infection: “URL:Mal”, Process “svchost.exe”.

Here are the results from FARBAR. Also of note, I did not receive the notifications from Avast about the URL:Mal connections upon waking my computer today. Perhaps ZOEK fixed it? I don’t know.

Very good. Is everything fine now?

It would seem that way, I haven’t received any notifications from Avast all day today. Thank you very much for your help! I appreciate it.
