I keep getting this 'URL:Mal" warning on almost every webpage. The affected process is chrome.exe.
When I was scanning and saving the logs, I noticed that Malwarebytes shows:
Malware Protection: Disabled
Malicious Website Protection: Disabled
Self-protection: Disabled
I never disabled them.
Attached are my logs. Many thanks.

Same problem, my friend. I’ll add to your post about what I’ve done and hopefully we can get some help.
Hey guys,
Yesterday, I started getting notifications every time I visited a webpage (doesn’t matter what page) that Avast has blocked malware. Here’s the info:
Infection Blocked
hxxp://lwdetyqhzh.ru/adbstyles.js?u=98026
URL:Mal
I did the following:
Ran a full scan with Avast. (resulted in nothing)
Ran a scan with MalwareBytes (again nothing)
Ran AdwCleaner (Found stuff and cleaned)
It’s still there… Any suggestions?

Joe check out the post below. If you have AceStream installed, this could be causing the pop-up. I’m going to try removing now and I will report back

Yup, I’m clean now. I uninstalled the program, but it was still happening. So, I went into the Google Tools > Extensions and removed AS Magic Player plug-in.
Fixed now.

Same for me. I uninstalled the application like a month ago but I had not removed the extension. I did that and it immediately stopped. Thank you for letting me know.
