Hi,

The connection is being aborted to a critical part of our business saying there’s a URL:Mal threat.

The rest of the website is working fine. The pattern of the blocked pages is https://www.example.com/admin/eref_panel/view_message.php?id=123456789&uid=123456789&status=1&page=1&data=latest

What can I do? I added my domain to exclusions twice but it keeps getting removed.

In addition to reporting if you believe its a false positive, it may also be a legitimate detection if some actor has compromised your site. Have you checked the link on a site like VirusTotal?
