Hi I have avast IS, licence is just about to renew I was wondering why its $39.99 on the US site and £39.99 on the UK site
as I write this post the current conversion price is £26.12

I will be holding off renewing the licence until i get a reply from Avast

Not just avast.

This kind of pricing/conversion $1 = £1 has been going on for years on all things from all sorts of companies, rather than applying the actual conversion rate on the day.

Just seems unfair if you convert it back UK are paying $61.25 for the exact same product

As an avast user and in the UK I don’t like this practice either.

I believe there is a renewal discount if renewing from within the UI - though I don’t know how much this is likely to be, but it could take some of the sting out of it.

As you get nearer you will get reminders and hopefully information on any renewal discount.
