Use of DLL by http://www.ignum.cz/

Hi all,

System Win 2K, SP4.
I just updated to the latest avast! ver 4.6 Home Ed prog and data files (Build Apr2005 [4.6.652], and VPS ver 0515-5).

My question is about http://www.ignum.cz/, and its connection to avast! DLLs.
Is this use of the following DLL legit and safe?

Sygate PF reported on avast!:

Thanks!
