I honestly don´t know what I´m doing here… this product just seems far too complicated for me to use! My question is: How do I put comments on the Forum? Maybe this is how, but if so, why is it in an email format?
Huh? You don’t know how to use the forums? Not following here. You just did it… Hit “Reply” to reply to a thread you have something to add too.
If you’re talking about Avast! the Antivirus program, in order to help you, we need to know more information about what’s confusing you.
Your post is fine, what are you using to view your post ?
If you want to quote something from another post, use the Quote button at the top right of posts.
If you want to attach an image or txt file, use the Attachments and other options under the Reply window.
Thank you for your comments. My post was the first time I had used the forum. I am not especially computer literate and I quickly get frustrated with “modern technology”. Previous to using the forum, there had been a long delay (30 or 40 seconds) before the sign in page to my account appeared, leading me to believe I had done something wrong and the forum page seemed in the format of an email page, something I had not seen before!
