Used incorrect Email address when paying for upgrade

Hey, title says it all. I’ve sent a ticket to support about this issue too, when I payed for an upgrade form Free to Complete Protection antivirus, I used the wrong Email and as a result did not get the receipt but the transaction still proceeded and money was with drawn from my Paypal account. Is it possible to get a refund/resend the receipt to a new Email?
