A very irritating problem in my app.
It sends ALERT msgs to my friends(whose phone no. are mentioned) that “ALERT! PHONE LOST Sender: SIM Change Alert IMEI …” even when i restart my Phone.
Need an urgent help plz.

Did you change your SIM Card?
same problem is with me. i have changed my sim and the sms says you have changed the sim. and all of my sim balnce is finished because of this. even if i have uninstalled the avast antivirus from my fone.
Yes, of course when you change the SIM Card you will receive a notification about that.
If the new SIM Card is trusted, dial your PIN number with this new sim phone number to verify this.

Hello there,
I have exactly the same message every time I restart my phone. The message is sent to a friend who isn’t in my “friend numbers” in the anti-theft seettings (however in my repertory), and I haven’t changed the SIM since I got my phone, SIM considered SECURED on my profile.
Is this a setting I miss or is there a bug with the app ???

I had the same problem with an old version of the anti-theft software
even setting the sim as trusted, it was recognised as NEW after every phone restart
New version of AntiTheft solved the problem
I’ll try to uninstall anti-theft and reinstall the latest version, thank your for your help. I’ll see if it solve the problem

this isn’t an Anti-Theft message. all messages sent by Anti-Theft contain “avast!” somewhere.
often users configure a factory preinstalled security solution but forget about it later on.
so - if the message doesn’t contain avast!, please look for a security solution in your phones settings.
