Useless Microsoft Programs to Uninstall

I noticed when I installed Windows 7 on my HDD, I had no programs at first. However over time, Microsoft programs have started to pop up under my list of programs to uninstall. I was wondering which of these, if any or all, is okay to uninstall.

Here are the programs in question:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Microsoft Corporation 4/24/2010
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.21022 Microsoft Corporation 3/8/2010
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.30729.4148 Microsoft Corporation 2/13/20108
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.21022.218 Microsoft Corporation 3/8/2010
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.30729.4148 Microsoft Corporation 1/26/2010
MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB954430) Microsoft Corporation 2/6/2010
MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB973688) Microsoft Corporation 2/7/2010

The last 2 are security updates and the rest are programs which are most likely needed
by some of the other programs you have installed on your system.
Therefore, I wouldn’t uninstall any of them.
