User can't retrieve his PIN

I’m posting in behalf of an user that can’t retrieve his PIN. How can I help him?

Hey people, I've changed my SIM and forgot to disable AT, then my phone got blocked and asking my PIN, but I have already sent the number for my friend's number and it does not arrive, then, to make things worse, unintentionally, I have excluded my device from my Avast account. What should I do to unlock it now? Please, help me!

Perhaps first set the phone as found and then try to get the pin.

Hi,

I forgot my avast anti theft pin and the PIN reset sms is not getting received at my friends mobile number (found in avast account settings online that it is saved as +987456123 instead of +91987456123). Complicating the matter is I have deleted the phone from the avast account paired online as I thought that would help ( stupid of me!). Since its a rooted installation the pin screen is still popping up even after factory erase not allowing any other access to the phone. Also tried safe mode as suggested by avast support but with no use. Tried the forums here as much as I could but couldnt find exact solution for my issue. Hope my post confirm to this forum rules and apologies if it didnt as this is my first post here. Phone Huawei G700, Android 4.4. Thanks in advance.
