User Icon not showing

Hi all

Newbie here!

I have set up an Avast account and according to https://support.avast.com/en-my/article/246/ I should see a user icon so that I can log in. I can’t see a user icon, just the green tick in a shield. This is the same on my Mac desktop and my MacBook Pro. Any ideas?

Could you please attach some screenshots and Diagnostic Information? You can find it in Settings => About Avast Secure Browser => Diagnostic Information.
