User Roles in Console

What’s going on with User roles…?

it’s in the manual twice as something that can be edited, but is greyed out in the on-premises console.

I can find only one mention of it in the forums from 2 years ago where the person was promised it was “on top of our roadmap list”

Are we going to get this anytime soon?

In cloud console, I can invite additional administrators but do not see a what to invite a read-only type user (such as helpdesk).

Cloud and On-Premise are built now on same technology so I would think that this is still in development and not yet deployed
