Hello, I just installed avast and scanned pc. Poped up 4 viruses 3 deleted but 1 is poping up all the time… DONT STOP POPPING. 
Can someone plz help me?

What were you doing at the time when this detection occurred ?
As it looks like browsing in that folder with explorer which is a bit strange. Images can be attached in the forum using the Attachments and other options (see image attachment)
So this needs further analysis by a malware removal specialist:

What were the other detections, file name, location and malware name ?
There is a ss of scan.
I dont know where to start… Avast is yelling alert all the time.
