v poor performance and a couple of "blue screen crashes"

hi all,
I think a laptop i have (not this one) is infected with a virus or malware
reasons are:
1/ laptop given to me for atempt to fix after v poor performance and a couple of “blue screen crashes”
2/ mcaffee anti virus and firewall is turned off
3/ attempt to download Avast free antivirus failed
4/ Attempt to download Refreshwindowstool.exe failed
5/ attempt to download mediacreationtool1809 failed
ran malware bytes - came up with a PUP - now removed - log attached
ran frst logs attached
Your advice on how to proceed would be appriciated thanks!

Malware expert is notified

I don’t see traces of malware in logs. Try to disable McAfee realtime protection and then attempt to download Media Creation Tool.
