v2015.10.3.2220 PC won't shutdown?

In the previous version nothing worked and my laptop wouldn’t shutdown.
This version everything works but computer still won’t shutdown. I have to do hard shutdowns.

I have setup files/logs in as-is and 7zip formats if someone from avast wants to have a look-see.

Going back to v2015.10.2.2218

You could run the Support Package before going back.

Too late by the time you had posted I had already switched back to v2015.10.2.2218
If avast wants them I still have the setup files.
