Various Bluescreens in Combination with Avast Sandbox and latest Firefox

Seems Avast Sandbox makes big troubles in combination with Firefox.

Ranges from that i am unable to save files to - since i have yesterday updated to the new Avast version to instant Various Bluescreens when Firefox 16 is running in the Sandbox and i try to save a picture or any other file.

Bluescreens seem to vary in messages, the constant value only is that its connecting with the avast file “aswSnx.sys”

Had that file saving problems in previous avast versions too, but without that bluescreens.

There seem to be a large incompatibility between Avast and Firefox… Perhaps you should give that thing a deeper look.

In the meantime… i have just disabled Sandbox, because in combination wiht Firefox… This only cause minor - or since yesterday evening… serious troubles.

Btw. i have Windows 7 64 bit as operating system. Have of course deleted Avast and reinstalled it completly new, but that did not stop the problem from coming back.

Please send me (kurtin@avast.com) a couple of the latest minidump files (\Windows\Minidump folder), thanks.

update to my problem… after thinking trough some options, i have just for testing deactived the html5 video play function which is integrated in the new Firefox 16.

Afterwards i tried to save a picture again, no bluescreen, sandbox activated. Only thing which i did disable is the Autosandbox.

So… Crashes are happening when HTML5 function is enabled and one or more videos are opened in Firefox tabs on Startup.

So… No need for me to make my Computer crash again, since the last time before i wrote the first post here - My Skype profile was killed … sadly no dumpfile was there afterwards, otherwise i would have posted it.

Thread can be closed in that Case, sorry for wasting your time

Anyway, here is the attachment of the dmp file… since i had moments ago another crash.

Sorry, had no other option to upload the dmp file, hopefully it works still as it should to get that file.

Harddisk is errorless, no damaged sector, and without using sandbox this error does not appear

dmp file has been sent by mail by now
