VBS:Agent-KZ [Trj] Problems

I would like to express my problem here. I’ve been working on a site about a Game. The site is built on HTML,CSS,PHP,JS and so Yesterday and early this morning i was working on the site. Saved the project, made some tests and went out , after 4-5 hours after i returned home . I saw that avast has updated. And as i normaly do i opened the website and continued with my work. But for some reason the moment i tried to enter home page i received warrning about blocked file , infected with : VBS:Agent-KZ [Trj] . So i started to browse the other pages and same warrnings poped up , but for a different files.
Here starts the mistery ! The files that are infected DO NOT EXIST . The site is working fine no glitches in scripts whatsoever . I tripple checked the site’s directory but those “infected files” did not exist at all. (Ive had a problem with VBscript on other projects where the whole pages infected were blocked and did not respond at all. But now its all working more than fine)
Names Examples: index_1.html , index_2.html … and so on to _7.html . But i dont have ANY html files currently in the site. Also somewhere it says that some JPG files are infected as well as PNG and ICO files. I dont understand what is wrong cause this morning beforei left everything was smooth and avast was calm as a wall.
I’ve run a virus scan check on the files → nothing. I’ve tried my old Site BackUps , the result is the same - infected files. Is this possible to be a glitch in Avast’s recent updates or is it something else ?

What is the site? Make the link not clickable please.
Was it a update of avast or the vps?

The Site is currently on a local-host it is not published.
I am not using VPS. I am running this currently on a virtual machine in VMware.
The update occured on my host machine and when i access the site from the HOST , the warrnings appear . Avast blocks the mawlare but the site is working just fine . The files avast “blocks” and think as “infected” does not exist in the site in the first place.

Can you upload and scan files at www.virustotal.com

Yes i Scanned the URL , no errors were found. It says that the dir is clear

VT url scan is just a reputation list check … it does not scan website for infection

You need to upload file(s)

Ok , i will check that

But Listen to that Now: I just rechecked the Site. And avast is not beeping at all now. I dont know if it caches the errors but now it seems that its clean . No warrnings nothing at all.
What the F**K is this

Probably it was a FP and has been fixed.

And , on some deep checks . Avast beeped several times again.
Showing that files that do not exist are infected. Is it possible to be false alarm ?
All the files avast was warrning me about since noon were not existant at all.
Most of the warrning are gone now , but some still stay !

Well, as you run your site on a VM, nothing we can check here…

What can you actually check ? I can open the ports and make it “public” . I doubt you will see something different than i do

PS: I can provide SS or whatever you need !

You can report a possible FP here: http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php
