ver 191.2360 build 191.4142.0 keeps shutting down and Fails to restart correctly

Two days ago my avast updated to ver 191.2360 build 191.4142.0 and ever since it updated it constantly shuts down over and over and then either the UI fails to load or I get these warnings that Avast is Down.

Do you try Repair?
Open avast GUI>Menu>Settings>Troubleshooting>Click on REPAIR APP>Follow instructions>Reboot.
Or

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

Thanks, I’m going to try a clean install. I downloaded the 334 Mb offline 19.1.4142.424 install
