Version 5.1.864 conflict with an old program (Casio FA-127)

There is an old progam called FA-127 for the Casio PDAs communication with the computer via serial port, which has many users and that run without problems until version 5.0.677 avast!. The current version, 5.1.864, is incompatible with the FA-127 program, and triggers it to Windows XP Professional SP3 reboots, and recovers from a serious error.
I made an upload on Sendspace FA-127 program that can check and correct the mismatch.

I checked and I don´t have the Memory.dmp file in the folder C: \ Windows on my computer (Windows XP Professional SP3).
I checked including hidden files and folders.

I don´t have the C:\Windows\Minidump.
I researched, including hidden files and folders, and the only file .dmp that I have is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson\user.dmp
